Eligibility: For Boys & Girls 4 to 18 years old as of July 31, 2007.
(Eligible birth dates are between August 1, 1988 and July 31, 2004

register on line:
1. Log in to eayso.org (hit the link below)
2. Follow the procedure to gain access to the system (get a user name and
password).
3. Log out and log back in with your new user name and password and go to "MY EAYSO" tab; pre-register your players and YOURSELF as a volunteer.
4. Before you finish, print out 2 copies of each to sign and give to us at registration.
5. Sign both copies, write the player uniform sizes and desired playing area
(Sunset or Haleiwa) at the top of the form.
6. Give us the forms at registration with your check for $65 and you are done! (easy...!!)
7. Ready, set, go below, and good luck - see you on the field!
